In Hong Kong people love Hot Pot. We usually do this in winter cause it keeps us warm and we can all gather together to drink and talk. It is fun! With the soup in the pot, we simply put all the things in and when it boils, we eat them with sauces like soy sauce, chilli sauce. Yummmmm
